Got one-thank you Stromtrooper

I picked up a 2012 from a member of this site a while back. I've been busy adding stuff to it and making it mine. This is a great site that helped me get the bike and spend lots of money on farkles. Lots of great advice and ideas. Now it is time to put some miles on it.

Congrats

Im looking to get one too. I'm currently riding a 94 R1100RS and a 88 R100RT. I will sell both, buy a Strom and then start restoring vintage bikes. The key for me is the reliability and versatility the Strom will offer while I'm farting around with other bikes.

What mods did you do?

I should update my signature line.

Bike was fox orange and came with AdventureTech Peg Lowering Kit and Fork Brace- Pivot Pegz III - Touratech skid plate - Protaper Contour KX High / Protaper riser-adapter - Cogent Dynamics DDC emulator / 0.8 springs - Moose tail bag

I've painted the bike matte black and added Mondomotos MM10 bullet lights- Admore light bar- Givi crash bars- Aprilia Tuono mirrors- and adding a Suzuki center stand today.

I've got more stuff on the wish list, but want to ride it for a while to confirm what I want to add.

What about the clear lens turn signal? Which one is this? It looks good in your bike and I hate the orange ones.

Interceptor - nice looking bike! Congrats!

Pauloxxi - I got a set of clear lenses (with Amber bulbs) from a seller named lightsforbikes (no affiliation) on fleabay. Much nicer than the ugly stock ones - at least on white and black bikes.

Whoops forgot about those. The previous owner put them on and got them off ebay.

Not only do they look good on white and black bikes, but they looked good on the bike when it was orange too.
