2012+ Top Box Available Still?

Hello, does anyone know if the matching top case is still available? Everywhere I've searched and links in old posts seem to indicate that it is now unobtanium.

Which one? There seems to be 3 different styles from Suzuki.

The aluminum one that matches the Adventure side cases.

Since the bike came with the top plate I think all I need are the parts listed below, correct?

Suzuki - 990D0-ALTCS-NAR - ALUM T/C DL650L

Suzuki - 990D0-11J00-062 - ALUM T/C ATCHMN

I bought mine from a dealer in Dec, I think. There is also a thread on adapting the plate to fit the non-OEM branded one which is identical other than a minor mounting issue. I was going to go that route but my dealer threw a sale.

Do you have the extra locks?
If not, you'll need either a 2 key set, or a 6 key set if you want them to match the side cases.

The part number listed above is correct. Some of the sites show the old number, which is 990D0-ALTCE-038 Suzuki Aluminum Tops Case.

I just searched bikebandit and they show the part under the old number.
Gearhead shows both numbers, same price.

You will need the mounting kit that goes with the top case.

Hey DGrav!

Iron Pony had a Suzuki top case yesterday 3/22/14 in stock for $305.00
Its the aluminum top case and thats the best price I've seen it for.

I saw it on the sales floor, but haven't seen it on their website. You might have to call to get it.

Sending you a PM as well.

Case arrived, but.....

So my case arrived but when I went to install the two extra locks that came with the bike two bad things happened:

1. The lock wafers popped out and I lost one of the springs.
2. I realized that although I have the locks I do not have the U shaped pieces that hold the, in place. (U shaped pieces at the top of the picture)

Does anyone know what the U clips are called and where I can find replacements?

I got the lock back together without the spring. It will work but I would use it on the lock that locks the box to the bike since I won't be unlocking it that often.

Or should I just drop the money and buy a two lock set from Suzuki to get the clamps and use one of the locks in place of the springless one?
