Stock seat vs high and low

What is the main difference between these seats? Are they different seat pans, or different rubber mounts, or... ?

Tall seat: Different foam. The tall has a bit less dip but the foam is also somewhat more firm.

So, would that mean the lower seat less foam and even more of a dip?
I want to get a RDL and since the Russell will sit higher (taller) than the stock, I'm wondering if I should have the upgrade done on a lower seat pan.

All the seat pans will be the same as they all mount to the bike the same way. All that will be different is the amount of foam and possibly the type of foam.

So any of them should work fine for what you want.
