Picked up a Wee today

Picked up a Wee today! Had a Vee, sold it for a BMW R1200R, now back in the fold again. Like the Vee, it's a great bike, loved the ride home. Now for barkbusters, footpeg lowering kit, centerstand etc...

Wow...you sold a 1200 Beemer to buy a 650 V ?? Here, I was thinking of doing just the OPPOSITE !!
In any event, welcome to the high-rev world of the 650 twin !

Less is more for many of us, I have been to the big bore world and now I am back to lighter and less plastic.

Tenere to V-Strom 650, couldn't be happier.

Although, Brian, I think the 1000 qualifies as "big bike" still!

Coming Back

Hello all. I'm thinking of coming back to a VSrom 650 from a Yamaha Stratoliner. Tired of chrome and huge and clunky. How do they work for long highway miles?

Not coming from a Concours 14 it aint, and doesn't the 1000 Strom still weight less than a Tenere?
