Adventure Tech Kickstand Pad

Installed some new Adventure Tech bits on my bike this weekend including mirror extenders, footpeg lowering kit, and kickstand pad. Everything seemed well made and went on as advertised. For those who may be wondering, the kickstand pad works just fine with the SW Motech centerstand.

I have the same items on order from Rich, plus gps mount and ignition plate.
Could you post pictures of the foot peg drops and mirror extenders.

He has nice stuff for sure. I want to get the ignition/accessory plate. I really love my foot peg extenders. Between those a tall seat and different bars the bike feels way different and too my liking. I will get that kickstand think too.

Sidestand pad touches down before the centre stand / left-hand hero blob as discovered last month in the French Alps.

It does seem that the sidestand pad and footpeg lowering kit do compromise the cornering clearance a bit. I think it's an acceptable compromise on my bike since it's going to drone down tons of straight hwy on the upcoming Alaska trip. It's easy enough to convert back to stock later if I feel the need to attack the twisties. Nuts and bolts.

Thanks for posting these. My stuff from Rick and Gloria should arrive tomorrow. I also got the ignition plate for mounting switch such as HID, gps power, cig. Plug.
I got the GPS windshield mounting plate also. Ordered it before I decided on replacing the windshield with a Givi. Hope the plate works with it. I forgot to ask Rick when he called Monday.

I have been very pleased with everything I've received from Adventure Tech.

I have the GPS mount as well and it is a nice piece of hardware, solid as a rock, a bit of overkill for a GPS, but I really like it's position, center and high, makes for quick glances without taking the eyes off the road for too long.

I can't speak for the Givi, but I was able to remount my Madstad bracket and MRA Vario Touring Tall over the GPS bracket, but it does cause the whole windshield to ride about 1/2" further out from the usual mount.
