Will Adventure crash bars fit older Wee

Will the crash bars from the 2012 Adventure fit on the older model Wee? Are they good crash bars? Are they similar to the GIVI crash bars in construction and protection?

I would think so given older bars fit the newer bikes. They are expensive and no better if as good so I wouldn't buy a new set over other aftermarket bars. If I had a set or a good buy on a used set I'd be okay using it.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s

Adventure crash bars

Someone has a new set for a reasonable price for sale on here but I wanted to make sure it would fit my old Wee before plunking down the cash. I have no plans for doing any off-road trips so it is only for garage or parking lot tip over protection.

When buying used, make sure you get fasteners too. Longer bolts are needed compared to stock and some spacers are needed too.

Adventure crash bars

Good to know. Thanks for the advise. I will check. It is a brand new never mounted set so I assume all parts are ther. I just need to verify it will work on the old Wees.
