Murphs Kit Center Stand + Givi Crash Bars + SW Motech skid plate: Success

I just wanted to report that , on a 2011 Wee,
The combination of
Murphs Kit Center Stand + Givi Crash Bars + SW Motech skid plate works: I've had the center stand + crash bars for about a year now, and installed the skid plate today, and it works well...

I was at my local dealer (having tires fitted), and the service dude offered me a killer deal on the skidplate, so I took it

Skid Plate:

Adapter:
Adapter to fit SW-MOTECH V-Strom skidplate onto Givi crashbars - TwistedThrottle.com

I'm a mechanical imbecile, and it took me about 3 hours...
A few solvable issues:
1) The bolts that hold the kickstand on were quite hard to get off, and,on the centerstand (which I did the work on), the torque direction wanted to push the bike forward, and off the center stand. Solution: Station child to hold front brake
2) On the back brake side, the exhaust mount moved between the time I took the bolt off and attempted to install the new longer bolt (longer to hold the bracket). Solution: loosen up a couple of exhaust expansion joints and use a block of wood and hammer to move it back
3) The front of the plate (the part that attachs to the givi crash bars via adapter) need some "modification" in the form of a bend - It did not want to stretch enough to go up the front of the bars.
