Stator connector

Hi all
I have just encountered my first mechanical problem with my 2011 Vstrom. 58,000km without a hitch and this comes up, so hopefully someone can help.
Lost the battery power the other day and it seems I am not getting charge coming through to the battery.
First thing, the stator....Where the heck is the stator connector so I can test the resistance?
I see loads of threads on HOW to check the resistance but nothing tells me WHERE the connector is.

I'm looking for the three yellow wires, right?

Please help folks...and don't get too technical yet. Just the connector for now

Follow the wires that exit from the left side of the engine cover. That's where the stator is located ;-)
