Throttle Lock that works with Barkbusters

As the title says. I am going to eventually put Barkbuster VPS on the XT, and would like to also add a throttle lock. Not sure which throttle lock will work with the Barkbusters though, or if that is even a concern. Any advise is appreciated.

Something like this, or one that has a screw tension adjustment:

This is much better version - what I use....the tension wheel is the key.

+1 Go Cruise works great.

Most easily adjusted throttle lock I've had (Kaoko, Throttlemeister and another one I can't remember the name of.)

And the Go Cruise is MUCH cheaper as well.

But.... does the Go Cruise work with Barkbusters? I ask as I have read that there can be a running issue with some of the Throttle lockers, though I cannot remember which is which.

sale on barkbusters https://goo.gl/xexjdH then get the above throttle lock from amazon https://goo.gl/N1vqTU and just return it if it doesn't work. I use a .33 piece of wire from lowes...works well for me.

No issues with the Go Cruise and Barkbusters. It rests on the brake lever.

Throttle Lock that works with Barkbusters

I really like the look and functionality of the brakeAway, but fitment issues I assume abound.

I'll add my support for the Go-Cruise style throttle lock (I think another version is sold under the "Omni-Cruise" name). The tension adjustment is a very nice feature, it can accomodate different size grips and grip covers, and the thumb lever makes it easy to engage and disengage (or you can just roll the throttle forward to disengage it). I had a homemade one on my V-Strom; it wasn't as good as cruise control of course, but it worked well.

I have an Omni Cruise and Barkbuster Storms. No fitment issues at all.

miles smiles=bike.
It's simple math.
