Oem suzuki accessory bar install question

Picked up some takeoff crash bars from eBay for a good price but forgot about the lack of instructions and my Google searches are coming up dry. Everything seems self explanatory except for the cross bolt. The cross bolt came with 6 larger washers and an accompanying spacer for the right side. Im trying to figure out the order for the washers but the imprint on the bars themselves aren't giving any clues as none of them give the impression the washers were ever used except as a spacer on the left side.

Am I correct on this order, from left to right?

Bolt head>washer> bar> 3x washers used as spacer>frame> spacer> washer> bar>washer> nut?

Almost seems like have too many washers. There could be 4 washers used as a spacer. The bolt head itself is very large and the washer seems unnecessary behind it

Due to the added bits of metal the through bolt is a bit longer. You can apply washers to even up the installation.
Or install it as you see fit. Some folks have complained about vibrations with some crash bar installation. Experiment!

Is there a specific count for where the washers go though? Pics I see on Google image search don't even show the washers on the outside of the bars which would lead me to believe there's 6 used in between the bars and the frame. That doesn't make sense since they offer one piece spacers for everywhere else

Its weird how hard it is to get info on these bars. My usual source for schematics turned up every single other piece of the bike, including every optional part, but nothing on the bars. Even looking up the part number on the various suzuki warehouses turned up nothing. Finally stumbled back on here where someone had the same problem I had finding info and found the answer there.

For future reference:

Couldn't find it originally since the title had engine guard instead of accessory bar or crash bars.
