Will Vista Cruise Fit with stock Handguards?

I had the Vista on my '09 Wee with stock handguards, so was thinking of installing it on my '14 Vee2, but I read on the Sonic page that it won't fit on Vee2 with stock handguards, what you say....?

Not sure why it would not...the Vista cruise has a lot of ability to fit various set ups. Took a bit to get mine right but has been fine as it was on the other Wee.
It does use up some grip space.

this guy has the same issue I have...big hands and with heated grips you lose some space ...but worth it for ease of use

Ah right on. Was wondering if you might have to push the front brake fluid resevoir to far to the left so it was not level any more but it seems okay in the photo.

Thanks.

That guy is me. After an untold number of times I've used pictures from others to illustrate points, It's a change to have somebody else use one of mine. I like it. I don't have big hands though.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s

I got one to work on my V2 and it's great. I ended up mounting the thumb lever more in the vertical position though as I think the throttle housing is little different than the ones shown in the picture so it has to be mounted a little different.
