Power Socket only has 3amp fuse

Learned this the hard way after I plugged in my Slime pump and blew the fuse.

Any downside to replacing it with a 10amp fuse?

It's specifically designed to be used to charge a GPS or cell phone. If you want to power a pump, add socket with a properly sized fuse and wire.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s

Now why would Suzuki not just install a 7 amp socket and fuse to start with? Like the accesory one they sell. I believe that's what most cigarette style sockets are rated for. That makes no sense to me.
And while I'm at it why wouldn't they sell the bike with the mirror extenders and the larger foot on the side stand already installed. Those are the little details that show a manufacturer is paying attention.

How do you expect them to sell you accessories if they came pre-installed?!?!?

I have two accessory lighter sockets, the factory one and one that goes straight to the battery with a 30 amp fuse and 12 gauge wiring.

Blew mine too. The fuse is in the fuse box under the seat and it's clearly labelled in the lid (sorry, can't remember exactly what the wording is, but it is obvious when you find it).
