finally sync'ed throttle bodies on my 2002

Wow. I had an idea that the bike was out of sync, but had no idea how badly. It's like a brand new motorcycle now.
I don't know why I didn't do it when I did the valves last winter - and I know now I should have, so that was my mistake.
No more surging, no more popping, no more stumbling. It runs almost as smooth as my old ST1300 now.

That said, this site was so helpful in figuring out how to do it. Far more than just the factory service manual. Thanks to all who keep this place going!

The difference with any multi-cylinder bike. They can go out of balance so gradually that you get used to most of it, but the difference once it's properly balanced can be stark.
