A 2012 V Strom 1000 Technical Question

Does the 2012 V Strom 1000 have a tip over "engine kill switch" as standard equipment?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Thanks in Advance

My 2007 does (ask me how I know) so I'm 99% sure the 2012 does.

Thanks for the info! My previous bike - ZRX1200 - did not have a tip over kill switch.

Bad muddy road - improper tires and low skill - dropped it 7 times total. Engine died every single time after 1 second laying on it's side.

WOW - Sounds like it saved your engine 7 times!!! That's a good thing - saving the engine that is.
