02' Coolant pipe

Where does the coolant pipe with the built in restrictor go? Front cylinder or back.
I've searched and searched. I thought they were the same and I didn't mark them.

I'm thinking the front cylinder for 2 reasons. The front pipe is more expensive than the rear one. More going on in the inside. 2 Rear cylinder runs hotter.
