Plasti Dip Head Light Mod

The front lights on my Vee have always looked like alien eyes and how the upper part of the lens are for nothing but appearance. Been watching videos on Plasti Dip so I masked off the lights and gave it a try. I masked it off right where the normal part of the lens stopped and the appearance part started. I like the new look better so I figured I would share. My line wasn't perfect and I only did 2 coats as a test, so I may peel it and do it again, but put more coats on.

Might do this.
Been looking at spraying the black part around the lights anyway due to a laydown.

I haven't tried it yet but it is worth noting that they make a gloss coat that they call glossifier that might make it blend it with the paint a little better. Especially for Vegas who wants to do the whole front end.

I saw this thread and did the same thing. Except I used black vinyl stickers that I had laying around. I like the look. Thanks for the idea

Looks good.
Someone on the site sells pre-cut, dark tinted vinyl.

much better look. Too me those pointy things are stylistic Japanese anime cartoonish. I used black duct tape on mine for a similar but not as professional looking.
