ATV mitts

walmart.ca has them for a low price. Even lower than walmart.com. Won't know the fit or quality until I recieve my order.

I have some similar mitts. The stitching on the backside had to be cut so it would slide around the mirrors. Then a snap was added at the end to close it up. Also use a velcro strap to snug it to the handlebars. Best cold weather mod you can do and is warm enough to just use summer gloves. Grip heaters are not needed until the temp is below 40F.

I have a pair of these things - a different brand and solid black, but similar idea. They would have to be slightly modified to stay secured. These were given to me by another rider and I was going to use them, but I decided to get a pair of the Held overgloves, which I like much better.

If anyone can use these to make their cold riding days more comfortable and you can pick them up - they're yours for free (sorry no shipping).
Located in Mississauga.
Cheers!

Here's what I did. The Walmart ones were too small to go over my Barkbusters

Just received my order. Same problem. The mitts make the thumb operated controls unusable. They will be going back to Walmart.

These are what I put on my sons FZ-6. Never tried them on the Strom with the hand guards. https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...erm=hand+mitts

I use the MOOSE foam wind deflectors. Meant for ATVs but have worked great for me creating a dead air space on chilly mornings.

Easy on and off with a velcro wrap on one side and holes for zipties on the other. I simply install them on my barkbusters during the chilly months.
