seat rubbers

i noticed yesterday my seat was sloppy on the bike , i took it off and found 3 of the 4 rectangular rubber pads were gone from under the seat , they are glued with contact cement and on the one that remained i could see the glue was deterorated . i wonder if my warranty will cover them . any way it might be be something too check if there missing on your strom .

I just had to stop in and see what this thread was about with a title like "Seat Rubbers."

All makes sense now, though. Didn't even notice those little rubber feet anywhere under or on the seat, but I did notice the title of this thread....

Have a great day, this definitely made me laugh for a minute.

Also have a 2007 DL650, and one rubber fell after a month of ownership. Took them all off cleaned the seat and the rubber bumpers and glued them back with "GOOP". NO problem anymore.
