SNOW!?!?! in Vancouver AGAIN!?!?!?

Here we go again... I step outside for a smoke break and what do I see? SNOW... already have about half an inch in our backyard. *sigh*... This is looking like it will be my first weekend since I started riding that I won't be able to go for run if it sticks.

So what do you do when you can't ride?

It is a friggin' blizzard. I might be able to do a loop round Stanley Park this weekend. I guess I will work on the beast.

God - I hate this weather. Think I fly south to Florida. Leaving on Sunday. Bye bye winter.

I feel I brought on the curse of the snow... I tempted the gods of fate by buying more farkles for my Wee and a new lid for the noggin.

Blue skies here today. No sign of any precipitation, snow or otherwise.

A guy did drive over here from Nanaimo, however, to buy a bike I had for sale and left a pick-up box load of snow on my lawn. It's pretty much melted now.

Must be winter's last gasp.

The day cleaned up pretty good, but it was looking bleak this morning... ended up running some errands, borrowed the neighbour's garage and put on the new farkles, then finally went for a spin around 7 PM...

Maybe tomorrow will be a bit better for a good ride.

Thanks for the info, Chris... I ended up getting an Arai Astral X. The fit is really nice and at a price I couldn't pass up.
