Is it 5pm yet?????

This is going to be the longest hour I've had in a long time LOL.

I'm sitting at work, 99% of the people I deal with are American and off today for the holiday so it's been more of an organizational/catch up day.

The bike is sitting outside the window with some camping gear and at 5pm 2 other bikes will pull in for us to head out to a friends cottage for a weekend of riding and fishing!

Come on 5pm! 39 minutes to go

Thankfully everything is at least 80km away!

Sadly the wonderful riding in BC is way more than 80 km away.

How do you ever get any work done out there anyway?

I don't know if I should be jealous.

My commute is 2km each way.

I work 4 shifts a week, that is 16km a week.

I work 142 shifts a year, that is 284km a year.

To kill the boredom on my 5am starts I count the cars I see on the road, the most yet is 6.

I do like my job even if the commute is to short to get the motor hot.

Some of the 19 rides in my shed
2014 V2, Snoopy
2009 Wee, Pumbaa the pig
WR450F, The Blue Postie Bike
YZ250N smoker with rego, Stinky.
Yamaha MT09 (FZ09), The Scud missile.
Club Lead not Club Med.
He with the most toys wins.
Out of my depth in a puddle.
Live life on the edge you will see more that way.
Ridding a motorcycle keeps things in balance.
At the end of each trail and at the end of each day history is made.
