I'm sure I'm not the only one that noticed this...

Checked it with two GPS

Hyundai lost a big bag of $$$ because they have less than accurate instruments

Thoughts

Cheers

standard practice - usually about 5-8% on any bike with stock gearing.

Yup normal. Lots of ways to "fix" it but to me it's not worth the money. I know what speed I have to run on the speedometer for my real speed and I usually have the GPS running anyway so it's a non issue.

If you're thinking of spending the money to fix it I'd suggest using that money on other farkles or the best farkle of all...........gas.

Not uncommon with motorcycles at all......not in the least bit. GPS is my best bud on my bikes, rarely even look at the speedometer anymore.

Yep common, There's a guy on the web that sells makes and sells replacement speedo faces, comes to about $60. I bought one 2 years ago and installed myself, really easy to install,

Be happy! Lower chance of getting a speeding ticket!
