Question Nolan helmets in Lower Mainland?

Does anyone in the Lower Mainland carry Nolan helmets? I'm lookin' for a modular for the wife ( claustrophobic and can't quite pull a full face all the way down). She tried on an HJC CL max at the motorcycle show and I was leaning that way, but have read a lot of good stuff about the Nolan and want to take a look before I buy.Thanks.

Been thinking about one of these as well, but you can bet they won't be cheap here. Thought about sniffing around in B'ham. You could probably just wear a salad bowl down there, and wear your new one back!

Check the prices on e-bay. I got it on sale there from an online store... "imotorcycleshop" or something... I think with shipping I paid 200US and I even got an extra shield for 25US... And that was all I paid... I think I paid 10CAD or something for Costums etc. It took some 2 weeks to get it but I got it and happy with it. It was the N102_ncom modular...

Oh I forgot to add. I tried both the HjC and Nolan. I would say they felt the same. Weight is similar and you do not feel it... It is one level higher in looks and class... the sun visor is the extra you get on it and it is nice. If you don't like it you can take it off.
What I liked about Nolan was the metal lock compared to the plastic in HJC. But I think by the time the plastic wears you get tired of the helmet and you will replace it in a few years time

Both are good though. I am getting an HJC modular as well. (It's almost comes for free so I had to take it!)

Had been looking forward to trying on a Nolan 102 for some time, and finally had the opportunity last week in Bellingham, Wa. Tried on an XL. Although I have often been accused of having a fat head, I don't have a large chin. The helmet itself fit wonderfully, but the chin bar was butted right up to my chin. I could never buy that lid! Too bad as it is a really nice helmet. Anyone else find this?

Good info to know. That is why I can't bring myself to buy a lid on-line or mail order without finding one to test fit. Still no luck findin' one on the lower mainland. Tough luck tho, kinda peees on your corn flakes don't it?
