I got stung in the nuts by a wasp once. Seems he hit the screen on my Triumph Sprint and then dropped in to my crotch area in an agressive state. I'll not forget the pain in a hurry. I was about 10 miles from home and covered the distance in record time to get some anti histamene relief from the first aid kit 😨

Its never too late to have a happy childhood

The resonant DONG! SPLAT! from a june bug hitting my face shield at speed convinced me to never ride without it in place. I'm not interested in taking one of those to the unprotected face.

If it's a good day to wash the bike, it's a better day to ride the bike.

Similar experience, on way to work, felt something huge crawling around in my CROTCH...
Was thinking "funnel web spider" as I hit the brakes, dropped the bike on the side of the road and commando rolled across the footpath, whilst ripping off my pants...
Sort of relieved when it too, turned out to be a cockroach. Never will forget that!
I'd left my work pants on the floor of the bathroom over night. Not smart...

Australia's reputation prevails: Even the stuff that's not trying to kill you directly still attempts to do so by misdirection and deceit.
