Motorcycle Friendly Towns/ Pubs etc sticky

Would it be possible to have a sticky where we could just post up places that are M/C friendly such as Towns, Pubs, camp areas etc.

As an example:
1) Bendemeer hotel and free camping along river NSW.

2) Bulahdelah NSW, free camp by river just before heading in to town from South side.

Helps with planning routes and places of interest.
Some of the country hotels offer free camp behind their places only proviso is an expectation you have a meal and much needed liquid Amber to refuel.
I put this in the Aussie forum as it would be Aussie specific.

I know nuffink, I see nuffink, It was not me, I was not here.

Yeah, good idea Sarge. As you said, it would/could help in trip planning.
I had a nice coffee the other day in Hall, near Canberra on the old hwy. Plenty of parking and plenty of room to sit outside in the sun. I didn't try their food, not even a pie, but the coffee was great

We have asked for this before but it got rejected

We thought putting the name of the place first then pub name or camp ground/park and review/details would do for info.
Having place name first and as title on each post could make it easier to search the thread for specific places.

Hope you have better luck

Cheers GotaV2 and V2man

For Facebookers.

If this forum won't allow us to point fellow riders to good places so we can plan our trips try this page on FB perhaps.

I like Gota V2's idea of having an alphabetical list of places.

Can a thread be "fluid" for want of a better word? As in could a moderator receive details of suggested places and then add them alphabetically to the list every fortnight or so? Perhaps a link could be posted together with very brief info such as: lock-up bike garage, biker discount, superb camp kitchen, etc.

In the meantime, here's one of my all time favourites, the old Monarch Hotel in Moruya.

Fantastic idea! The only drawback perhaps being that these establishments change hands. Therefore, some sort of update mechanism should be put in place. On what grounds was this idea rejected in the first place? This sort of information is what regional forums should be all about. Hope that the idea takes off, I would be happy to contribute should this get off the ground.
