I am not sure what year your bike is but if it is a 2014 or 2015 has it had the recall work done? I believe part of the recall was to repair and/or stop the wiring harness from chaffing. I don't know that this could short out and cause the 30 amp fuse to go but something to look into.

I did take the bike in for inspection due to the recall but the dealer said the wiring harness was fine. However, that was 40k miles ago and the bike got beat up pretty bad down there so Yes, I was wondering if it was related to the recall too.
