Last of all, on my way home along the 507, I noticed a bunch of Fire Roads and other back roads. If anyone is interested, I think I will check this route out next: http://goo.gl/maps/bWF3T
Does anyone else have any other good non-paved twisty routes with great scenery?
At the top of that fire road off the 507 where it meets crystal lake road ...if you go east ....there are a ton of trails that will lead you back out to the 507 ...use sattelite view to see just a few.
the soggy boot rides were held through there a couple years ago.
Also ..the pencil lake road/haddington route usually has some small water crossings.
There are canadian shield hills that you can take to get around but i'd definitly be up to ride some of it with you.
Also ...my family cottage for most of my life was down the road from the mumford dump in Wilberforce.
My best advice to any young person is to write down the top ten things you want in a partner, then become that person.
