If you are referring to me, then it's more accurate to say "One of Utah's 5,000 developers/home builders/real estate brokers who are wondering what the hell to do now..."

I waited too long to book a room. Pretty much everything in the area was already booked. I got desperate before I heard back from Tombstone and checked the KOA and they had one cabin available that had just been released. I had to make a decision right then, so in a panic, I booked it for Friday and Saturday night just to make sure I had somewhere to go when I got there. So it looks like a sleeping bag on a bare wood bed for me (and anyone who wants to join me)!

I really should have gone with the MRE's instead of paying for the dinners to make the experience complete! Everyone's welcome to come party at my cabin BYORB

So there's no TV in your room either huh? Come on over and you can beat me at whatever card game.

Ok, so I'll repack my blow-up-doll.

I'll have a TV, you guys bring the cards, I might even spring for a 6-pack of RB! Maybe we can get all the Ut-Strommers there at one time, and put names to faces.

Emil is planning to be there too. He is camping somewhere just outside of Rapid City. He should be at the dinners.

I'll be leaving first thing tomorrow morning. I just bought a Spot Tracker and will be using it for the first time on this trip. If anyone's interested, you can follow my travels at this link.

Talking Stuck with riding in Utah.... :-)

While many of you are off to Rapid City, Andreas and I will just continue keeping the roads warm here in Utah with V-Strom energy...

Yesterday, Andreas rode over and we started out in Heber City, the on to Cascade Springs, American Fork Canyon (almost had venison for dinner), across the mountain at Alpine to Draper, and then up to Big Cottonwood, where Andreas left for home and I headed up to Brighton and across Guardsmans Pass to Park City for a snack before heading home.

Not a wild adventure, but a nice ride with great company, dry roads mostly, great scenery, and wildlife (just a little TOO close)...

Here's our "adventure" - http://www.spotadventures.com/trip/view/?trip_id=170998

Those of you in Rapid City - have fun!!
