I was going to get the Akro, but at $850, it's a pricey system. Then I found the Yoshimura, also a 3/4 system, for $200 less. Is there any really good reason to spend the extra $200? I don't care if it's carbon fiber or stainless. What I would like is for the pipe portion that runs under the bike to not interfere with my Enduro Guardian skidplate like the stock system does. It contacts it and makes for a nasty vibration above 4500 RPM.
I personally like the sound that a Akra gives with a V-twin, Parallel twin, but yes they are pricy. I don't think you can go wrong with either....if it was me Id just spend the 850.
I also doubt that either will be quiet.
I installed an M2 series exhaust on my bike, the carbon muffler. I do believe it is louder than both the Akropovic and Yoshimura but you can buy modular bafflers that can reduce noise up to 8dB i think. I got mine for about $650 on revzilla but I did have my professionally installed because I knew it wouldn't be plug-n-play; my skid plate needed to be modified. Additionally, I dropped a K&N air filter into the bike. the power increase is quite noticeable.
