Just got the bike this weekend and to be honest I am very surprise by how well the bike performed . I did over 700 miles to bring it home (in one day ) and the bike was fun and very confortable ,plenty of power and good brake.
Over all I really enjoyed it and that coming from somone which had well over 20 bikes before. |

I got off an 1150GS and on to the Wee 16 months ago, best thing I ever did as far as bikes are concerned.
The Wee does everything the Beemer did, the difference is now I have money left in my pocket I'm on bike number 14 (at least, might have missed a couple somewhere in the memory banks. On car number 70 something too). You will love the Wee, they do have enough power for most peoples needs (I do two up + gear with no problems). Coming up on 33,000km and loving it more every day I ride mine.

I was planning for my next RTW 2 up and at the time the GS seems better , now that I know I will do most of it one up I didn't need the big gs for that. to my surprise the dl650 is a very fun bike and even two up it does have plenty of power. I now did over 1000 miles with and I don't think I will ever buy another BMW even for a long two up trip.
