Loire Valley

Myself and 4 friends are heading to the Loire Valley in France for a weeks biking in June.
Although I've been there before I am always open to suggestions for places to visit. Any recommendations?
If you're in the in or around Saumur from June 1st to 7th keep a look out for five Irish Stroms.
