Hello everyone, long time lurker here. I signed the paperwork tonight and will be taking delivery of a 2012 Glee on Friday.
Now, maybe I can write as much as I read on this forum. |

I've had my 2012 650 Adventure about a week, and already have Skid Plate, Intiminators, Fork Brace, and Peg Lowering kit installed. Top rear case on order, as well as Eastern Beaver Dual H4 Headlight kit ordered. Only thing I have left is to decide on Handguards. Sure did like Cycra on my other bikes. Not so sure what works best on this one.
Hard to believe I still haven't put any money out of my pocket towards the actual bike itself, since they offered 0 down, 0% interest, with no discount if I would have paid cash. I still find it hard to believe I have a bike this nice at such a good deal.

I ordered the plastic spoiler / engine cowl from the dealer when they offered a discount. I don't care for the look of the skid plates and I don't think I'll venture off-road much if at all. I have a farkle list started already but right now it contains the essential stuff: Center stand GPS mount Wiring harnesss for GPS & heated gear Hotgrips SW Motech racks for panniers I choose SW Motech because I want Trax panniers for traveling but I already have some small Givi e21's that I'll probably use for commuting. The SW Motech's make it easy to switch pannier brands. I'll looking for handguards but I'm not sure which ones I want just yet. The same goes for crash bars. I'm not sure if I'm going to order a wiring harness from Eastern Beaver or if I'm going to build my own. The EB kit is top notch, but I do enjoy building my own harnesses. I'm leaning towards to the AdventureTech ( Richland Rick ). For the Center stand I'll definitely be going with the SW Motech stand. Thanks for your feedback.

I will most likely end up with the EB dual H4 relay kit as well.
As for the battery meter, I've been looking and so far I like the Datel the best. Now, where to mount... A Givi top rack is definitely in my future as well. I'm looking hard at the BarkBusters too. CanadianFZ6, which GPS mount are you using?
