What is the policy if you have an unsatisfactory sale/purchase in the Classifieds section?

I purchased something that arrived unsatisfactory.

What do I do?

I have sent an PM to the seller but have no response.

Some disgruntled buyers post about their experience in the off topic section here. Just be aware that such posts are still subject to forum rules about acting in a respectful manner and the hope that nobody will have further dealings with the seller is about the most that ever came of that.
