I'm in a group (Atlanta Adventure Riders) that is going for a day ride this Sat, December 8th if anyone would like to join. It will be a mix of tarmac and gravel.

We are meeting at the gas station across the street from TWO in Suches, GA at 930am.

Weather looks to be clear with a high in the upper 60's!

I do quite a bit of riding, so ride reports are a bit tedious. However, I have been meaning to do a ride report for the last ride I did, three days of dual sport riding in the N GA, TN & NC mountains, was a hoot! So if anything id be more tempted to actually report on that but I'll try .

I Love my 07' wee!!!

Had a nice ride today even though it was rather wet and cold. Was a nice mix of Tarmac and gravel/mud. The only upsetting part was finding they just laid fresh gravel on FS819 north and south of the fish hatchery. Made for some pretty sketch riding but was fine overall. The hard packed gravel was pretty slick once it started raining. Today's ride sealed the deal on getting new tires ASAP. The Tourences are just no good for the riding I'm doing. The heidenau tires will be bought very soon! Here are a couple of pics I snapped of TWO... Great ride. I too am ready for some different tires...., and some boots and pegs. I look forward to the next ride. Ill remember a fresh memory crd for my go pro next time. I'm still pissed I have no vid or pics from such a great day.

I had nothing to do Saturday & was itching to ride!! I live in Buford & ride all through that area of N. Ga all the time.

Please please please PM me if you're going riding again! I love the twisties, & love off tarmac riding even more.
