Regional buy sell thread?

Would it be possible to start a stickied thread in the individual region sections for selling gear locally? It's always easier to do that kind of thing locally anyway. The way to keep it easy to moderate would be to have one dedicated thread where everyone can post their crap instead of a bunch of threads for each item. I have no problem with the current way things are sold on this forum. I have sold and purchased items from all over the US and Canada without a problem. Splitting sales into the regions would make it more difficult for everyone to be aware of what's available. Just my two cents.

I don't want to change the set up. Just add a useful feature for those that would rather deal with local member so neither party has rto futz with shipping.

It is much easier to deal with all the For Sale stuff in one place, there isn't that much of it (like on Craigslist). What I think would help in your case would be a way to call out the seller's location in the header so that you could quickly drill into items that are local to you.
