We're really lucky to have the Sierra Nevadas in our backyards...Mono Hot Springs looks like a "must do" for me next year!

You guys suck!!! I can't believe you drove within 2 miles of my house and didn't even tell me about your foray into my back yard. Steve, you owe me a Spring ride!!!

BTW, how did your suspension tweaks work out in the hills?

Let me know next itme you go as well, asuming its a paved roads. I will be on an FJR1300, so no dirt for me......but I will be faster..... Its only a couple hour ride down there.

If so many are interested in going.....we'll make a formal announcement next time. I'm already making plans for routes I want to do, and the FJR will be fine for those.

We'll post up a thread in the region sections sometime after new years, and whoever wants to go will be welcomed. Unless of course you're a nut-job in which case just stay home. hahaha

Anyway, if enough people are interested, maybe we'll reserve a group camp or something. We'll keep in touch. Steve's gonna post some more up on this thread in a day or two.

PS. Yes we went in the hot springs. It was great - right up until it was time to get out!!! brrrrrr!!!

Truth be told. When the riding days were done....we partied. Big fires, sippin toddies, good food, under the stars.... yessir!

Bushmills and tonic night one, Old Number 7 and coke night 2.
