Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will back any thing they sell. I have purchased from other big name motorcycle retailers and they can't touch Revzilla for service.
I agree, I even made a trip to their store on my way back from Upper State New York this fall just to look around and ended up with the heated gear and new boots.
Agreed, I was an early adopter on the LaZer Monaco Carbon helmet. It was so the wrong choice for my head shape. I actually was totally unable to get the helmet on my head... Revzilla didn't hesitate to give me an RA, prepaid Shipping label, and cross shipped me a Shoei Neotec... They exemplify great service.
I'm pleased with Partzilla's willingness to charge what is likely the actual USPS postage cost (which is their commercial rate), esp. where small part shipments are concerned. I just received a Yamaha valve adjustment tool, and was charged the princely sum of $1.75 for shipping. More than once have I refused to order something because the UPS or FedEx fees were expensive, fixed, and sometimes more costly than the item(s) itself.
I have ordered a rear tire, heated jacket liner, soft saddle bags and a few other things from revzilla. Excellent customer service and the revzilla cas along with free shipping keep me coming back.
Good to see all the positive reports about Revzilla. Just ordered AltRider crash bars from them yesterday before reading these posts. It’s good to hear they are an upstanding company.
+1 on all of the above. Have purchased helmets, jackets, pants, socks, tires, saddle bags, windshield, Sena parts, etc. Every transaction was a pleasure. Also, I have taken advantge of their price match guarantee several times and they have met it every time.
I had questions about the Anakee III and the Pilot Road 4 variations, called Michelin customer service and the person on the line had no clue the Pilot Road 4 was even out "it's not in my product guide" and that was the end of that. Called RevZilla on a lark, they had the whole story and gave me absolutely great info, enough that I could make a very informed decision on what tires to get next.
Ordered a new Shinko 705 yesterday, and it is arriving tomorrow. I buy allot of tires from these guys, and their video reviews are so awesome and very informative.
I buy all my hard parts from Blair at SV Racing, and all my soft parts \ gear from Revzilla. My local sources stock very little in the way of ADV parts and gear (but have plenty of pirate gear) so I do 99% of my shopping on-line.
Both of these companies have the best customer service in the business and every time I have ordered from either, I get my parts at home in Texas in 3 days. They have earned my money and will keep getting it...... Just wish one of them would purchase Happy Trails and straighten their shit out for them.....
Mistakes happen. How they are responded to makes all the difference.
Revzilla had the wrong sticker on a part. I received this wrong part, but the sticker said it was what I wanted. An email, photos of the two stickers and the part got me a the correct part shipped the next day by 2-day mail and a prepaid return mailing label for the wrong item.
Mistakes happen. Revzilla did a textbook job of taking care of this customer. Thanks ZLA.
I have ordered a few things from them. And I have had to return a few which is unusual for me but it was a painless process they have a very well put together website for returns and exchanges. So I don't mind shopping from them at all. Recommended!
