Maybe the worst one I have on my phone, not because of the picture quality but since this became a quite hectic evening because of the crash. I smashed in a Ford Focus after the driver hit the brakes when a reindeer jumped in front of her car. I saw the brake lights appearing in the snow storm and instantly stood on the brakes but couldn't avoid the crash because of the icy road/heavier car. I did however get the speed down quite a bit and since I was trying to steer into the snow wall, I only hit the other car with the corner. Me and my family were unharmed but there was damages worth about 5000 euro, covered by my insurance.

The police happened to be about 1km away which is really unusual in northern Finland. They towed my car to the next parking spot with their 4x4 VW transporter and a tow truck then picked up me and the car. My family got a lift with the cops to the next town where my father picked them up.

I had to drive a VW Passat for five weeks before I got my car back, imagine the agony!

Edit: 5 weeks later it was back from the dead. Those guys at the body shop are true magicians!
