Default Had a thought...

Dunno where some thoughts come from. It's a mystery.

Anyway, today it dawned on me that my bike, an '03 DL1000 has what is know in the science fiction world as a sub-light engine.

Damn!

How about that?

Of course, that limits me to sub-light speeds, but I'm OK with that...

Anyone seen the bong?

My thinking was, if I'm limited to sub-light speeds, why not get a 650?

Hahahaha!

Yours probably needs some work as its a known fact that the DL1000 has a warp drive! Maybe one of those engine tuners is in order?

...and wouldn't a Sub-light engine actually be an Impulse Drive? (Yeah all those nasty vibrations are actually the impulses.

One word: Torque

I am one of those hooligan riders who like wheelies. When I twist Freya's throttle, the front end just stands right up. What fun!

I haven't heard if anyone found the bong yet. Anyone?

Well, if you sit just right the vibrations aren't a drawback, they're a feature...

No bong yet...

Something about this seems more than just slightly dirty.

Are you sure some Wee owner didn't steal your bong for use as a tool tube?

Also, the EPA mandated sub-light engines so that you don't outrun your headlights.

Not sure about light speeds. My Vee only goes 88 mph and it suddenly jumps through time.

Must be the plutonium fuel cells the previous owner had installed.
