Motoport is a custom shop, located in Southern CA. They treated me well. I just like the gear, didn't really need custom sizing.

Aerostich will do custom sizing.

But it's, um, well, I'll just come out and say it... the one-piece is not a good look on us large mammals...

The two-piece version of the Roadcrafter comes to mind -- add the suspender bib for a bulletproof combination.

And, of course, the Darien line of gear is excellent.

All the above can be customized to fit your personal mutations.

I second the Darien for the big dudes.
The one piece starts to look like the Michelin Man.

i agree w/ this assessment

as a big boy(260# b4 gear), myself, i have combined a HIGHWAY CONE ORANGE OLYMPIA coat w/ a pair of KAKADU("australian" for barbour) waist pants and been quite happy for SEVERAL YEARS:

4P13 - WALK-A-BOUT PANTS (12oz MicroWax Oilskin Pants Unisex Waterproof) | Pants | Kakadu Traders Australia

i use a pair of red carpenter sussies to hold the pants up, which is a source of comments from strangers when i stop for meals, etc...

since i have used the same pair of pants for street & dirt(w/ matching KAKADU JACKET, which is virtually the same as a BARBOUR SUIT), these pants have finally worn out enough, in the crotch, to not repel water that pools in the seat

time to order another pair of pants, which will be way cheaper than replacing a full suit

if you are considering this avenue, i would suggest you also look at the DARIEN w/ the bib

they come in DARIEN:

Darien - Jackets & Pants :: Aerostich/RiderWearHouse Motorcycle Jackets, Suits, Clothing, & Gear

& DARIEN LIGHT:

Darien Light - Jackets & Pants :: Aerostich/RiderWearHouse Motorcycle Jackets, Suits, Clothing, & Gear

giving you different weights for the same style pants

NOW, allz i gots2do is decide which route i'll go this time...

good luck on our quest

Sounds cheaper to lose a bit of the beer gut.
