Did he fall off of the planet? Last I heard he moved east persuing a job with the IRS. Anyone heard from him since?

He went to I believe Montana to work for the FBI ? We heard from him a few times later, but not for a couple of years now.

He was the one who started the Saturday Breakfast Club here in Portland. I would really like to see that happen again !!!!!!

Rider1405 and I stayed with him last summer while we passed through Jackson, Wy. His main residence is in Casper and he works between both towns. He was loving his job pursuing people who have been dodging taxes. The job fits him pretty well. Haven't heard from in over a year now though.

Btw, anyone heard from Rider1405?
I PM'ed him a while back and never heard from him.

I guess I missed that PM, sorry. I still ride my yellow "07Wee" to work putting on the miles that way, but no long trips of late. I did put a new touring bicycle together last spring and have been on three tours with "Woodstock". I did in fact just got back from a week on the San Jaun Islands yesterday. That was one nice place that would be a good fit for a motorcycle camp trip, they are a little short on camping spots, so going a little off season worked great.


first day is getting to the first island at Friday Harbor, that's retired postal worker Bruce tying up his ride as we get ready to leave Anacortes


we camped two nights at the San Juan Island County Park, one morning we got awoke by the sounds of orca whales passing by


this was the morning the whales breathing sounded like they were right outside the tent


Woodstock on top of Mount Constitution, Mt. Baker in background, we camped for two nights at the South End campground in Moran State Park, a little windy but OK, they have pay showers


looking back towards Anacortes from the top, the road to the summit is in great shape, so the run down back to camp was a real blast

Still alive and keeping the Nations coffers, well they're empty but we try!

Was living in Casper and Jackson WY, but after holding my breath until turning blue I was allowed to transfer to Denver CO.

Had an ABS 650 that I sold awhile back, but still have the Super Vee. Just took my first ride into the Rockies yesterday and it was a stunning fall day! Reminded me alot of Oregon (which I miss and I am always trying to transfer back).

I'll be around...and if any Colorado Strommers want to ride...feel free!
