I doubt it's the answer you want, but the solution to your seat problems lies here http://www.richscustomseats.com. He's just a ferry ride away and does a great job building seats. Yes it cost more than a generic aftermarket not made for your ass seat, but I haven't found anyone that regrets getting a custom seat made. Not only is it made for you, but you can address other issues as well. It's possible to raise or lower the seat height as well as move the rider fore or after to adjust reach.

You are more than welcome to try my Rich's out, but again unless it's made for you it won't feel right.

Yeah, that's going to be the next step, I'm afraid. I'll give the beadrider some time to work -- so far it has been good, but I haven't done any long rides since I got it. Maybe this weekend if the weather permits it.

If you ever get to the point of sending your seat off to have it modified, you might as take a shot at doing it yourself. It's not difficult at all. Saved me mucho dinero too.

I built a 2 up touring seat with gel pads for around $100.00.
