Default Torque Screwdriver/wrench?

OK, here is a dumb question. I have a torque wrench for nuts, but what do you use when you are tightening screws or hex bolts?

You can buy socket-mounted hex, flathead, torx, and Phillips bits that will fit on 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" torque wrenches at Sears or many other places.

Default If

If you look at any gun supply places (midwayusa.com or similar) they have torque screwdrivers, at somewhat reasonable prices, though with limited max torque values.
