I guess I was good because Santa brought me a Gerbing jacket liner and gloves. Leaving tomorrow morning for the Davis mountains. Lows in the morning here in Austin around 27f and dropping as we head west. Should be nice and warm with the Gerbings.

I am serious if you are to run both wide open then pull one headlight and one taillight bulb. The jacket liner alone sucks up most spare power.

Santa brought me something to keep warm too. A lump of coal.

The liner pulls 77 watts and the gloves pull 27 watts, total of 104 watts. I have a 08 Wee with no other aftermarket load. From what I've read I should be o.k.

I have the Gebring jacket (draws more than the liner) and gloves. I switch off one headlight and do not have any issues on my 2009 Vee. If you dont have a switch for your headlight it is pretty easy to reach in and unplug the one on the trottle side.
