Okay, so I have a set of 20mm ammo cans in my garage that I am getting ready to start customizing for my panniers. Among my google searches of ideas and surfing through all the KLR forums, and other ADV forums I've got some good ideas...

I have googled my butt off looking for what kind of lock this is??! Does anyone out there recognize it? Know where to get one?

My bet is that it is an electrical panel lock of some sort or another.

They are fairly generic.

The locks that are on the 'fancy' pelican luggage by at least one of the makers are electrical panel locks and they are all keyed the same!

Search under NEMA lockset or NEMA locks and see what you come up with...

i went to your link and it was called a "keyed hasp lock" and bingo...i googled that and they are all over the place!!

i was pulling my hair not being able to find these!!

one example:

2-1/2 in. Chrome Keyed Hasp Lock-3707 at The Home Depot

now i just need to buy a set of 4 that are keyed alike and i'm in business!!
