Just came back from a two hour ride in Upstate N.Y. on my favorite (and only) bike- 2011 Wee. 40 degrees, light wind, cloudy, just a little moisture on ground. Ride was GREAT! New Pilot 3's are doing well and I am impressed after the first 1000 miles.
Decided not to buy any heated gear this year, and was fine with what I have- tourmaster with lining, motoport pants with lining, tourmaster waterproof boots, winter gloves and Shoei Multitech with headgear.

As the holidays approach, and we give thanks for what we have, I feel blessed to have met my Wee. 20k miles in two years, hoping to increase those numbers moving forward

I am still riding here in Vancouver BC. No snow yet, but it has been cold a few mornings. Went to work at -2c last week. It was dry with frost on the roofs and cars. Roads were fine. I actually overheated because i put my sweater on under my jacket.

Lots of rain riding too. It's no problem at all. Just need to watch out for stupid drivers and no hotdoggin.

Insurance runs out just before XMas, if it stays warm enough to ride.

135 miles yesterday in a chilly 42 degree fog. loved every mile of it.

I have a 2 hour (each way) commute tomorrow. Low 53, high 73.

It's nice living in the south.
