I use Ride-on and I'm happy with it so far. Not sure if it's saved me from a flat or not as I haven't noticed. It also does the balancing of the tire as well.
My only concern is how much it would cost to install. My Ride-on is installed @ $15/ tire. I'm comfortable with that. If it was significantly more though, I would probably have to pass. I guess that depends on how often you change tires though.
Ride-On is a thick fluid that can move around inside the tire. The Rhino treatment looks like a gummy coating that sticks in place in the tire. Not much action on the Rhinotire business; few places to get it done: Rhinotire - Puncture Proof /Flat Proof Tires: Distributors

I have heard it's more of a latex lining and Slime is like a thick goo that moves around inside the tire. Ride-on is not supposed to make a mess when you pull the tire off like Slime can do. It actually seems closer to the Rhinotire than Slime.
That's really neat-o. Too bad it's not part of the normal manufacturing process. That's save a lot of tires that go bad due to the rogue nail. Crap, we'd never know we had had a mishap!
That would make any tire worth $15 more! I'd gladly pay it.
