There's a "sprited" debate about compressors going on over at ADV right now. Seems the 100 buck Touratech one has the same guts as your typical $10 chiwanese model. Unless you run a mobile bouncy-castle business It seems to me the cheapo ones are better value for occasional use. Just get a quality pressure guage, I have 3 compressors and only the slime one is anywhere near accurate.

You guys may want to check your inflator. I had to use my slime inflator last night and it didn't have the air pressure to pump squat. It wouldn't even turn off if the tire had 32 pounds of pressure in it or more...

The $99 Cycle Gear compressor has the best tire valve connector I've ever used. It isn't worth $99 more than the free Slime, but I always appreciate it when I use it. But hey, when I need air, I'll use whatever I have. I also carry a few CO2 cartridges.
