I looked at the Walsh unit in the pictures and 20 minutes later I had one from bits around the garage. Some complained about flexibility so I put a 'L' shaped piece of extrusion on the bottom. Mine even survived a wreck so it's either durable or flexible!
A good DYI project.

good idea, I can probably make one too, where does it mount to.

Got mine at PWD ... I tried a couple times to make my own, waste of time and money for me. PWD Radar shelf fit great, I riveted an 'L' bracket to the shefl so I could mount my Voltmeter/clock . Looks way better than what I made once

I mounted mine to the two panel screws toward the top. If you search the PW design, you can see several pics members have submitted.
