It was almost 70 in Vegas today but "Hey, we've got it coming after riding all summer in this microwave with a blower on it.

Thats OK. I have Gerbings. I will remeber you Arizona guys in July. When its so hot a tire will melt. Somebody said no bugs....hooray to that, no daily windshield cleaning till spring.


Nope give me trees, grass, and change of seasons. You can keep the snow though.

flat and boring. ask me how i know. but damn if aint nice to be able to ride for months without freezing. now, it does get uncomfortably hot for several months but that's why there is mesh gear.

while you envy us for being able to ride year round, we envy you for having places to ride that don't bore you to death.

life ain't fair but it sure is fun!

Not deadly but in the southwest we have sidewinders, black widows, and brown/desert recluse. Oh and I forgot tarantulas (harmless) and scorpions (mostly harmless but there are a couple of exceptions I think)

We vacation in Cape Hatteras NC every Oct for a week of windsurfing. I think to myself, this would be an awesome place to go for a ride, then a hurricane hits and covers the roads with sand and saltwater, or washes them out completely. On the way home we drove through Shenendohah state park. WOW!!!! If you live in that area you are so blessed! I rode to work yesterday, afternoons, 9 degrees into work, 2 am it was 0 degrees. Not actually that bad. I think it may be time to get a Snowmobile helmet??? I have my liner in since September!
