Wolfman Luggage

I have been looking at the Wolfman Expedition Dry Duffel Bag for extra space to mount on the seat behind me and was wondering if any body here has one and what they think of it.

I have a Medium...........I think it's their Expedition model (?)......I'm at work at the moment. It has LOTS of closure straps........almost to the point of too many. Used it for the Vstrom Rally in May.......worked perfect.......I haven't tested it in a pouring down rain yet. Twisted Throttle also makes a nice looking bag............
Wolfman makes nice schtuff..............

I love my expedition large bag. Not 100% waterproof in a deluge, but holds a ton and fits the bike perfect. 1500 miles in 36 hours and it never moved.

Thanks for the info so far. The yellow and black looks great on your yellow Vee. Was thinking of the same for my yellow Wee.

The bag leaked where the end panel (black part) was sewed to the yellow part. It was probably the biggest rainstorm I have ever ridden through so the force of riding drove the water in. I think i read that you can silicone the inside of the seam for extra protection. The stuff inside was not soaked just one or two items a little damp.

I like the matching tank bag too. I ordered both form a guy named Keith Goudelock at Tusla Truck center - 918-5551512
5503 W 61st Street Tulsa, OK 74131

He wired a 12v socket to the inside of the tank bag for me that I can plug and unplug from the bike. I have another 12v socket on the dash, but the one in the tank bag is perfect to charging my phone or ipod.

I have used several Wolfman products, and bought a small Expedition duffel this past summer. Below is a picture from my Pony Express Trail ride, taken in Colorado, 2009. I am using the large Expedition, here. I have never had any leaks in any of the Expedition duffel bags. They are great bags, even though a little pricey. And yes, I like the yellow on a yellow DL650. The reason I bought the small Expedition is illustrated below. The small is 20 inches wide. It fits on the pillion seat without hanging over the pannier bags. Thus, making it easier to get into the panniers without difficulty. I usually carry my clothes in the duffel bag. When camping, I will strap my tent on top of that ... and maybe my fly rod! The duffel on the pillion makes for a nice backrest/support on long rides.
